Tattoos and muscle

off topic

What's your job in the Navy?

I'm a Medical Corps officer and a general physician.

Thanks for your input guys. Three to four hours from now, I'll be inked! I think I'll switch it to my right arm, which has slightly less fullness and less deep cuts and separation than my left arm. That way the ink might distract from the slight asymmetry.

Awesome bro. You should post up pics of the finished product.

I have a sleeve, half my back and my ribs done and some writing across my chest. I like my tats and I dont regret them. Unless your going to compete it really doesnt take that much away from muscle definition. Plus there is also the other arm unsleeved and my other side of my back and ribs that have no tats :D

unless you're going to compete, and have a serious chance at turning pro (which you don't), I wouldn't worry about it taking away from the appearance of your muscles. The layman won't notice or give a shit.

Why work hard on your body just to mark it up with graffiti?

I was thinking about tattooing abs on my stomach.

I hate doing abs and miss eating food.

That reminds me of those T-shirts with abs screen-printed..... I think this gives me an idea for a good prank: I'll get a shirt printed with a hairy beer belly and man-boobs, go where there are a whole lot of fit people and walk around and be seen, and then take the shirt off :FRlol:

Seriously, in the movies & TV, they do airbrush abs and other details to enhance musculature.

i regret having tats. infact i just missed a really big bb opportunity and was told on the sideline the tats are the only reason. i have a lot of them though.

I am sure you don't know anything about makeup cause if you did you would know it is really not that hard to cover up tats for photo shots stage etc. Most of the tanners do a good job covering it up add in a full coverage foundation and bye bye tats.

I have one tat almost 6 years later I still don't regert it. I am thinking about getting another one took my almost 5 years to come up with another suitable idea and then placement.
