Alright, after takign almost 2 years off, I have decided to get back into the scene.

I need a little input with my issues.

I have gained a little chub in the regular areas, belly and flanks (love handles)

now dont get me wrong. I AM NOT fat or chubby, but just very un-tonned. I would like to work this stuff off. whats teh easiest way to get rid of this junk on my body?
 
You can't spot reduce. Your body loses fat in sheets from your whole body. Clean up your diet do some cardio and resistance train.
