Tanning help

if your trying to save money - you could just jet home take a quick shower.....

also- just a comment- if you have a lot of moles or freckles you need to keep a close eye on them- i didnt for a year or two and now i have two scars on my back and hip- they werent necessary if i would have been keeping shit in check

dr-definitely use the stand up machine if you are concerned with sweating. You definitely sweat less, especially if you turn the fans on full blast. Shower immediately afterwards and use a anti-bacterial body soap.

do you usally have to pay a membership fee and then pay an amount for a say 10 sessions, or do you usally pay for the sessions upfront. And also nobody suggested a lotion. Would a spf 5 be good or is that a bad idea?

i put a small amount of non-comedogenic sunblock on my cheekbones and nose before i get into a tanning bed. i also cover my face with a towel for about 1/3 of the time. but i'm also on acne meds that make my face really sensitive.

tanning and acne

:(

well it can clear it up and hide some small scars but when u are done tanning (stop for a feww wekks) it is gonna come back and almost always force a break out:(

true, tiger. for me personally, tanning doesn't affect my acne much either way. but i doubt it would do the original poster any favors for his bacne. his best bets may be B5, antibiotics, or accutane.

what if I don;t stop tanning. For instance go 1 a week after I clear the bacne up.

Also I have used accutane twice, antibiotics at least 1 dozen times, and B5 a numbers of times. All of them cured facial acne mostly, which I no longer suffer from, but nothing clears the body acne for me. Accutane and B5 dry my skin real badly and my nose bleeds terribly for hours at a time, and I lose like 8 ounces of blood. Seriously. I believe accutane is what caused the body acne, because 8 months after I took accutane I suddenly started to get acne on my back, shoulders and chest, which I never previously had gotten.
