How would you use melanotan for tanning up?

I'm curious how you would use the peptide melanotan if I want to tan myself up. I currently have very fair skin. I'm Irish, mostly in descent about 80%, and I am a redhead so my skin is extremely light. Do you think I should go with 30 mg or do you think I should push to 40 mg? Do you think I should be dosing as much as I can the first couple weeks or do you think I should spread out the dosing?

Melanotan is the GOAT for getting more tan. The idea is you want to get as much in your system as possible without getting sick.

This is the protocol I would do. If you have fair skin, you want to push 40 to 50 milligrams. If you have light skin, you can go 20 to 30 milligrams.

Try and push your melanotan dosages before bed. This will help with side effects. A lot of people take it in the morning and they get sick all day.

I think you'll be cool on 30 to 40 milligrams, but you want to spread out the dosing, like don't take the entire amount right off the bat. You want to obviously give your body a chance to deal with the side effects as they come.

For very fair skin, people usually start low and slow instead of jumping to big peptide doses, since the side effects can hit hard. I ended up skipping injections altogether and used a tanning nasal spray UK in my routine, which gave me some color without the same hassle. Pairing anything like that with short, controlled sun or sunbed sessions made things way more manageable for me.

Dose it every day until desired colour is obtained and then back off to twice a week and then as little as once a week.
