let's just say i keep strict fuckin diet.. 3500 cals.. 300-400gr protein.. i start it at 200lbs and 10% bf.... training would definitely be up to par...
what do you think i can get out of it? lean mass wise?
i know the whole "it's different for different people" and "you can't say how much blah blah blah" bullshit schpeels (how do you spell that word???).. but that's crap.. one CAN guesstimate how much another would gain from a certain cycle..
