taking deca with var....

hey bros, im taking ent and eq how much var should i take? im starting the var weeks 7-12 at the end of the cycle. thanks

40mg works well for me. Some people here run it much higher with fantastic results, others barely see a benefit over 40 - and considering the $$ factor, Id give 40 a shot the first time.

40mg should be plenty ok with your cycle. Start with that. If you're not satisfied, increase dosage.
 
var 50mg e/d week 1-4, week 5-6 75mg e/d
proviron 50mg e/d week 1-6
pct: clomid 50mg e/d for 4 weeks

im hopin to cut some body fat and gain 10-15 pounds.

My metabolism isnt that high and i can gain weight very easily but my adderall keeps me from gaining the weight.

stats 22 years old 6ft 195 12%. I hopefully want to be down to 9%bf and be atleaste 205lbs lean after this is done.

I train 5-6 days a week, each muscle twice a week.

My calorie intake is around 4000 a day and my diet is in check.

do you guys think my expectations are possible.

please critique if needed.

I doubt var only will get you to those goals.

If you simply add in 250mg TestE for 10 weeks and that should do it.
 
im not trying to gain water weight bro. im lookin for a lean bulk.

my option is running EQ 600mg 1-15 var 50mg e/d 1-6 and 11-16 with proviron

Ok. There was no mention of EQ here. It looked like just var.
Var ain't gonna do it 10-15lbs of lean muscle alone. Eq will help you retain muscle mass , but you can't diet down and still gain 10-15 lbs of muscle. Besides, if you're trying to lose fat, you need to consume less than 4000 cal.
To hopefully gain 10lbs of muscle while cutting, you need to run IMO at least a 12 week cycle. Because with your expectations, it's gotta be slow and steady.
