generally yes it is.
i keep dbol 20-30mg per day. that is all you need.
if you go over that you will run into sides which to me are counter productive.
and then there is the famous Nelson quote "if you cannot grow on 20mg dbol then your diet and workouts suck"
dbol is the most dummy proof AAS out there. there isn't anyone who will not grow on it unless you really really do not know how to lift, you can eat slop and still grow on dbol as long as you workout.
