Dacypher I take 1g of protein/pound as well. That's my minimum that i find actually makes a difference. As far as the ALA, most people will tell you 1g/day. I don't feel i need that much, sometimes my arms feel tight and get crazy pumps just on 600mg/day. I found that NowFoods ALA was not as good as the one offered at Beyond-a-century.com however. I bought the 100mg caps from them. Don't buy the powder it's a waste.
risky why do you think the powder is a waste? its alot cheaper than buying the capsules, the only thing I don't like is it burns my throat a little.
