taking an AI on shot days?

i heard from a birdie on EF that they take an AI on shot days only? so if shooting mon/thurs for example those would be the days you take it.

It's all about keeping your blood levels somewhat steady, so that's pretty retarded. If it has a long half-life, you're fine taking it every 2-3 days. But correlating your AI intake with your shots is retarded.

Yeah, some people are reading into this (how to take your recreational steroids) way too much, like their trying to follow a life or death medicine protocol for a virus that no one's discovered yet. Just take your AI whenever you want. If it says to take it once every 3 days, then it's as simple as that.

That's cool and all, but when you consider the fact that most HRT docs don't even bother prescribing AI's, I find it rather silly.

He might've said that because it's easier for people who have no brain not to forget to take a pill the same day they're getting an injection...

Also, HRT is usually once a week or once every two weeks (or even longer), so I don't see how taking an AI once a week or once every two weeks makes sense.

If your testosterone has a half-life of 1-2 weeks (depending on what you're using), and arimidex has a half-life of 3 days, how does that make any sense?

i am just starting week 5 on monday, of my 500mg/wk, and i have a-dex on hand but havnt started taking any. im on the fence of taking "precautionary AI" vs waiting untill its absolutely necessary
