First off, thanks for being able to take criticsm. Few people on this board, or in life for that matter, take it well. You stated it yourself- you've only started working out again in feb. Give yourself at least a solid year of "natural" lifting to get yourself, and your body, ready for the sauce. I'm not going to give you any "in my day" speech, but I didn't hit the sauce until I had three years of solid lifting under my belt- and only then because I was playing Division 1 football. I think because of this I made much better gains, going from 220 to 265 in four months. I'd just hate to see you take juice and not get the most out of your cycle- which is what it looks like is happening. Excuse the 180 pound remark, but that is an extremely AVERAGE weight- especially in the condition you look in the picture. A very LEAN 180 is a whole different story. No flames bro, just some good hearted advice.
