t400 bloating pic

If u don't mind the look...go with it...that water weight adds a ton of stregth...and u can always shed that shit when your done!

Well, you must be doing something differently. Is it just the juice? Your workout change at all? Cardio?
 
Are you sure you're not injecting fat in your ass? I don't mean this as a flame, but you really look horrible in your after pic. You shouldn't need any juice to look like that! 180 pounds....even funnier! It amazes me how many people juice prematurely, and the wrong way for that matter. Put some thought into your cycle before you hit the sauce. I've done probably 10 cycles in my ten+ years of lifting, and took a great deal of time THINKING each one out. It's not just what you inject- but what you eat and how much you recoup as well.
 
i wanted to do a simple cycle for my second time. the first time was three years ago. i think that 275# to 335# on my bench is pretty good. i also am not worried about a 6 pack right now since its winter time. i actually weigh 189# now and my stomach is still 36". whats funny about the 180#? i've only been working out since february and my max then was 195#. i got back to 275# within about 4 months and was stuck there. i started t400 in the middle of august and my max has gone up 50# in 2 months. i've gained 24#. and yeah, a lot of water and some fat but obviously a lot of muscle too. 50# on my bench in 2 months is damn good. actually i haven't maxed out in 2 weeks so i can probably do more than that. now i do my old max of 275# for 8-10 reps. thanks for your input.
 
First off, thanks for being able to take criticsm. Few people on this board, or in life for that matter, take it well. You stated it yourself- you've only started working out again in feb. Give yourself at least a solid year of "natural" lifting to get yourself, and your body, ready for the sauce. I'm not going to give you any "in my day" speech, but I didn't hit the sauce until I had three years of solid lifting under my belt- and only then because I was playing Division 1 football. I think because of this I made much better gains, going from 220 to 265 in four months. I'd just hate to see you take juice and not get the most out of your cycle- which is what it looks like is happening. Excuse the 180 pound remark, but that is an extremely AVERAGE weight- especially in the condition you look in the picture. A very LEAN 180 is a whole different story. No flames bro, just some good hearted advice.
 
BY THE WAY I'M ONLY 5'7" TALL. I DON'T WANT YOU TO THINK I'M LIKE 6' TALL OR SOMETHING. I'M ONLY TAKING 1CC OF T400 EVERY 4 DAYS. NOTHING ELSE. I HAVE FINAPLEX BUT I AM RELUCTANT TO USE IT. I WANT TO INJECT BUT DON'T KNOW HOW.
 
Liquidex or armidex...either one will take care of the bloat.........RADAR
 
jus take some liquidex bro...it never hurts to try. be sure to post pics after u take the liquidex to see how it helps your problem good luck
 
Armidex you take 1/4 tab eod or ed depends on the individual...should take care of it..not sure about the dose on liquidex!!! RADAR
 
another thing both are expensive....if you want to try to cut corners go to gnc ask for some warter pills to get rid of the bloat.. be sure to drink plenty of water every day the body retains water when it doesn't get enough.......RADAR
 
I'M GOING ON A FOCKING DIET MONDAY!!! THIS IS REDICULOUS. I WEIGH 190#. I'D RATHER BE CUT UP AND SEMI STRONG THAN STRONG AS HELL AND BLOATED.
 
Dont know if you have had any luck yet with bloating and waist increase but it could be from the water and food sitting in your stomach. If your pipes are backed up try getting in some fiber to help get rid of some of the food just chillin in your stomach. Hope this helps you out some. Or at least makes you feel a little better about the increase in waist size. Lata Bro

bro take no offense to this please but if you've only been working out since febuary your before pic was great but you shouldve worked a lot longer before starting your first cycle.

I am not against AS eventhough I do not use them. I can see why guys like widelat and the others use them. It is simply because they have pretty much reached their genetic maximum naturally so they take the next step to using AS to keep the gains going. Now all those who pretty much just start out working out and then go immediately to using AS are not only usually not knowledgable about AS not to mention working out in general they are really setting themselves up for failure for when they no longer use AS.

Just my two cents
