Unless you were specifically doing rounded-back GMs, but I wouldn't do those with PR weights that you have to struggle with.

yea man i understand exactly what you mean...I just feel so useless when i do arch back gms. the rom is so small and i feel like i'm getting nothing accomplished while using alot of weight. The way ive been doing gms now is actually working wonders for my tire flip, farmers, hell...all of my events. its also bringing up my deadlift

I do arch back gms as asistance sometimes on de lower days and after any deadlift variation on ME lower day

I would have love to have seen the looks on the faces of your neighbors if they had looked out of their windows while you were doing the keg carry/sled drag. :)

whenever i have the kegs out people always stop their cars and ask "ARE THOSE FULL OF BEER?"

you see some dude hauling kegs down the street with a 300lb sled attached to him and the only thing that comes to mind is if those kegs are filled with beer.....cracks me up

mainly teenagers ask...as if i would be using fresh kegs full of beer LOL

next time they ask you say, "yeah they were, why else would i be running with a keg, dragging a sled behind me? would a sober person do this?"

That was my first thought. Holy #@(*# is that full of beer? I remember it felt like my shoulder was going to rip out carrying a full keg up 3 flights of stairs with 3 other guys once.
