What are the things to consider if someone was to choose between T3 and T4? Also how bad is the negative rebound?

these are simply thryoid medications

it is a mistake to assume they have any sort of benefits. many middle aged females who are fat are on thyroid drugs and stay fat.

both t3 and t4 have a rebound

Ive had serious thyroid issues for 2-3 years after using T3, really not a good idea

i suggest you reconsider

if you do decide to go for it, low dose t3 12.5mcg and make sure to cycle on and off

you can try them out but you won't get much out of them. better to keep your thryoid strong naturally

T3 is going to be way more effective but I still do not recommend thyroid drugs for fat loss. Much better options with less risk and less side effects.
