I think it would stand to reason that the lower the dose the quicker the recovery. Recovery from 100mg/test would be much quicker than 900mg/wk. 12.5 is barely a replacement dose (which is OK since a low carb diet will drop your normal thyroid production). I don't think that cardio will necessarily increase thyroid production though it will alleviate any rebound weight gain. I think using the various supplements designed to elevate and stimulate thyroid would be a must do. I think something like Zip from the Protein Factory would be a good start though I would just buy the ingredients separately from somewhere like Beyond a Century to save money.
