T-Minus 45 Days...

Hey ya'll! I'm new to the board:) I have been a gymnast for almost 16 years now and I'm about at the end of the road. One more year of collegiate gymnastics then I'm pretty much done with the sport. Our pre-season training starts in about 45 days (early September) and I'm in need of a little help...

I've struggled with knee injuries for the past couple years and as a result I haven't been able to compete at the level I want to. I had a meniscus repair (1.5 months ago)...therefore I haven't been able to train...I really want to do well this year cause its my last year, so I need to prepare before pre-season training so I can get a head start. I do rehab for my knee 3 times a week and I try to get in the gym about 3-4 times a week other than that. I'm not allowed to run for another month, but im allowed to bike. Basically I'm in need of a plan to get me ready to dominate when pre-season training rolls around.... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also, any suggestions for good cardio that doesn't involve using the knees that much?

Thanks:)
