I did that routine about 5-7 years ago. I was also on Winstrol V and dieting and seemed to have gotten leaner...
 
I liked that article. I've always told my fat and/or out of shape friends that there is no substitute for weight training and cleaning up your diet for crafting a better body. Yet they persist in eating like pigs and running 20 minutes every few days. Guess how much weight they have lost as a total?
