My previous cycle was 500mg/week of sus250 for 10 weeks with 300mg of deca for weeks 1-8..........nothing major. Here's my current diet. i realize it's prob. low on the carbs and calories, which is why I'm probably not getting the results I'd like.......it's just that I'm pretty lean and have that damn fear of getting "chubby" when on........I'm 6'2.5, 190...6-7% and been training for a solid 6 years...
500 1/2 hour of cardio/abs, etc.
6:30 1/2 cup of steel cut w/ a half od scoop pro.
1.5 cups of egg whites/beaters, ff cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms...omlette
930 myoplex w/ water and 1/2 cup of skim milk
12:30 HUGE salad (peppers, onions, brocolli, cauli, etc.)
6-7 oz of chicken/tuna/turkey
cup+ grren beans, brussel sprouts,
4:00 TRAIN - 5-6 days/week
5:30 - Scoop protein powder, w/ creatine, gluatamine, glucose/gatorade
6:30 - LARGE plate of steamed veggies (asparaghus, peppers, green beans, etc.)
4-5oz of fish/chicken/turkey
small salad w/ 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
9:30 LARGE frosted protein shake with a little skim milk and pasturized egg whites, ice
3-4 large handfuls of roasted peanuts
some veggies w/ ff ranch/dill dip
10:00 BED
