I ran a search and couldn't find out that much about it. I was thinking not going above 50mcg, possibly 75mcg. I'd like to cut weight and let my receptors clear out at the same time. Not to mention how much $ will be saved. I'm thinking aroun 45% protein, 35% fat, and 20% carbs. I'm 234 @ 12-13% BF. Would 2500 cals be enough?
