Swollen after injection

A few weeks ago I took a shot Test 250 in the glute and there was a little swelling for about 3-5 days (not sure this was a few weeks ago). It has been gone completely, but I am wondering does the oil stay in the injection site longer sometimes? Is that a sign of the gear being dirty or just happens sometimes?

What kind of Test is it ? I doubt it's because it's a "dirty" product as if it was an infection I would still be noticable. Maybe you have gotten some oil between the surface and the muscle, it happens and usually goes away in a couple days. Or maybe it's just localized swelling of the injection site which also tends to diet down in a couple days

It was golden triangle. I had feared it to be an infection because I had never had anything like that before and because it was a little sore. All that went away within a few days, but at the time I was worried. I was thinking that the oil may have gotten trapped but didn't know.

How does the oil get trapped? Is it from not going deep enough into the muscle. I use a inch needle. On that shot I had to do it myself and my body gets pumped when doing an injection because of the awkard turning for so long. I will usually get my fiance to hold the needle so I can relax for a few seconds, so I may have pulled it out a little when injecting.

i have the same problem right now in my left glute. i injected 6 days ago. dont know what it is.
