This is the beginning of my third weeks on SGX, and I'm happier then a pig in slop...LOL

I'm getting LEANER, and STRONGER...what a fucking trip...LOL! Deads are up, incline d-bell is up, squats are up. I'm natural too...thats the funny part. As of last Sunday I'm down 9lbs in two weeks and stronger to boot. Ha!

Going to continue on this program probably another 6 weeks. I need to lose about 15 more pounds of blubber before I'm at my desired BF. I'm around 208-209 @ 5'7", abs are starting to come in.

cool......

you're doing very well bro.........

Just responded to your e-mail too..............damn traffic!!!

~SC~

swole,

a friend of mine wants to try your plan out. Do you have an email address he can contact you at... He is ont a member of ELITE...

thanks

sweet, i think i'm gonna do it. Does he lay out a cardio/weight training plan for you too?

Everything is laid out......cardio/diet/training....just follow it to the T and you won't be dissapointed!

BTW, I went from 218lbs to 207lbs in 21 days. My dead-lifts are up 15lbs, squats are up 20lbs, and incline d-bell is up 15lbs.

Awsome, how much does it typically go for? I'm really excited to try it now:p

well.......

there are variable costs dependent upon different situations. Just inquire with me if so interested, and we can work it out.

Thanks bros,
~SC~

did you have to pay for a specific program? what's yours look like......from what i've seen, you have to pay for him to help you out.

The cost of the program includes the diet plan, workout program, and a month of consultations.

Yeah..

and the programs ARE ALL INDIVIDUALIZED........remember, what you are doing now is NOT what you'll be doing 3-4 weeks down the road, neither will anyone else. If you don't know my program/practice and why the consultation is an INTEGRAL part of the program, you are in the dark. Ask before posting libelous claims!

Each person has a starting point, to be determined by me. I say this as there have been some highly MIS-INFORMED people here claiming their diet is the "same" as someone elses. It is very possible two people may have the same macro amounts, as the world houses MILLIONS of people. You don't really expect for millions of people to all have diff. macro amounts do you? Wait, don't answer that, lol. This is the NET, no one little secluded city.....dealing w/the Net you deal w/millions, so you are bound to find someone on the program who's goals are similar/same as those of you. If you don't understand that, you're in the dark!

Nice one JG1, you're doing a bomb ass job.

what exactly do you mean by a consultation?

Any questions that you may have about the program on a daily basis. Also the consultation covers any adjustments in the diet that may be needed a few weeks into the program.

via what? telephone, email, etc?

Email.

I can't tell you the countless amount of emails I sent Chris asking pretty dumb questions sometimes. He's always gotten back to me within a couple of hours.

BTW, I trained my back last night and my dead-lifts are up another 10lbs. That's a 25lb increase in 23 days, while dropping over 11lbs of body weight.

jg1, you results are great. I dropped 5lbs in week 1 and will have to buy a new belt soon. His leg w/o are insane. This is by far the best diet w/o program around. I've had limited sucess with CKD, TKD, ATKINS, and Body for life but ~SC~ is the MAN when it comes to laying it out and driving it home. He leaves no stone unturned.

4 week update

Today was my 28th day on SGX, and the transformation that took place within the last month on my physique is unbelievable. I feel like a butterfly that came out of its cocoon. I wouldn't have believed it was possible to lose what I've lost, and gain what I have gained without drugs.

At the start of SGX, I was 218lbs. This morning I weighed in at 203.8lbs. Thats just the beginning though....

My strength on ALL lifts has went up this last month. Dead lifts are up 30lbs, squats are up 30lbs, incline presses up 15lbs...just to name a few. I also feel that I've put on some LBM these last 4 weeks. I'm definitely looking thicker.....and yeah I know the illusion that lower BF gives on how it makes you look bigger, but really, I do look thicker, not just leaner. And I think my lifts increasing as they have is a good indicator that I really have put on some LBM. I really should have had my BF % checked 4 weeks ago, but oh well.

My abs are in at this weight (203.8lbs, 5'7") and I'm just holding some lower ab fat and a little love handle/lower back fat. I'm sure in another month of SGX that fat will be completely gone.

I must say though, this month has been no picnic.....this was the hardest I've ever trained in my life, the most strict I've ever been with my diet, and the most consistent I've ever been with my cardio. If you have the determination to get ripped, and will follow what ~SC~ lays out for you to the T, then his program will work for you.

~SC~, thanks again man for helping me get into the best shape of my life. I'm so close I can smell it, just 4 more weeks man, 4 more weeks....

yeah......

way to go bro!!!!!

U did very well, and I know you will continue to do so!!!

YOU OWN IT now bro--------4 more weeks isn't shit! Tear it up and post your results brother!

Great job!

Any one interested to know swolecat is runs a very customer freindly service and as you can see there is nothing but positive feed back and many many very satisfied people. If there some thing is not working he will alter things so you don't stall. I would recommend him to any intereste in reaching their goal, plus he is very supportive thorugh the whole process. Yes I admit i was a pain in the ass some times but he still had patience with me. So swolecats get my 2 thumbs up

Hardasnails

i figured i'd jump in since i'm on swolegenix now too. day 16 and i'm down 8 lbs, waist is down 1.5 inches, no change in arm size although they are getting more cut (i use that as my gauge to tell if i'm losing muscle, since they tended to shrink first along with my shoulders when i attempted to cut in the past), and my shoulders appear to have gotten a little bigger (may just be the illusion since my waist is smaller). my strength has rebouned nicely for being on a cutting diet (i was out of the gym for 2 weeks before i started this, and the first week back was pitiful, strenght wise).

so i've very happy with the way things are progressing, and looking forward to the results over the next 5+ weeks. i'm hoping to hit the 8% mark by the end of 8 weeks (right now i'm at 11%, down from 13%), but it may take a little longer. either way that's what i'm shooting for, so i've got plenty of swolegenix ahead.

all you bro's on the program right now, best of luck with the cutting.

yeah......

young, u are doing damn well too!!!!!! Hell, it's a race between you and JG and a few others as to who is gettin' ripped the quickest, lol!!!!!!

LOL, two chicks in the gym last night if I work at "The Cave" (high class strip joint for women here in Philly).

LMAO, I was floored when they asked me. Needless to say, this mornings cardio session was VERY easy because of that...LOL

Saw a buddy of mine last night in the gym as well...hadn't seen him in a couple months, he was like "Holy Shit you're lookin hard"

cool....

that's cool as hell bruh......

Just responded to username "variation" in the other thread.......we all know him better as ---------------- , but I'll save whatever face he has left. Some people will go to great lengths to showcase their jealousy.

What a waste of time!

well i fell a few steps behind thanks to all the cookouts over memorial day weekend. at day 19 my waiste was down to 32", 0.5" smaller than on day 16, but i weighed in at 188 still. i think that is proof that it is possible to add a little lean mass while cutting if done right. but thanks to the pigging out over the weekend , and 1 cheat day turning into 3, i know i put a little back on (not sure just how much yet). so i figured i may have set myself back a week or so, but i'm not gonna beat muyself up over it. just gonna get back to business.

yeah......

but don't forget.........takin' in those carbs and the surplus of other macros too, is good for a bump in metabolism (leptin, t4 2 t3, etc), and the weight you have gained is just h2o hangin' on to those.......

The surplus water will pass in a few days, weight will be down, and you'll be stronger/leaner/with a faster metabolism. Use distilled water for a day or so when you feel like this, watch the water run away!

:)

~SC~

a good amount of water has come off. waist is almost back down to 32" (slightly over), and the vascularity is lookin better. yesterday i weighed in between 189-190.

one good thing about the binge was that my back workout was much more productive this week. deads are climbing back up, and overall it was just a better workout. my other workouts hung around the same, with improvements in some exercises.

~SC~ is a good guy, and I have to say that everyone that works w/ him ends up w/ AMAZING results. He's a good friend, so I'll say this to every member: if you need 1-1 help, SC is your man.

Oh yeah, I don't do consultations....lol:p

the cardio is a sinch......

Just make some CD's of your favorite music, mine happens to be trance/techno and get into the zone.

I've found that walking on the treadmill at the highest incline seems to keep my heart-rate up.

GOOD LUCK!!!

It's an awsome program!!!!

Thanks, bro. I'm no fan of cardio, but I think i can handle walking on the treadmill for an hour. I have an MP3 player so music won't be a problem

SC, glad you like the avatar. I just have it to annoy the right-wingers on the board. :)
