Anthoney Roberts WTF are you? Sounds like your plugging your own propaganda here. Have you ever used his program? Didnt think so. As for him ever winning a show...since when does winning a major show make you a expert on diet advice. Ever heard of Charles Glass? I dont remember seeing him on the Olympia stage ever do you? And about pm'ing a source....who gives a F*&%! You never touch the stuff??? Damn man you sound like a little punk. By the way, used his programs several times and yes it works!
