hmm i have to side with the little swole followers on this. i mean no one is forcing this diet on anyone. its there, you dont have to try it. i would have tried it myself, back when this diet was only on the gotfina board, if swole wasnt such a whiny bitch. all in all though it does look like a good diet

How about the guys time. On month of unlimited consults. If he spends 20 minutes working on you 3 times a week(and I think thats conservative) thats 4 hours of his time + your work out and diet. Even if its a total of 5 hours, we are talking about $30 an hour to work with you. Thats not exactly big bucks you cheap little bastards. Everyone wants somthing for nothing----Freak

It's not just about Swole's diet...the real key to the program is the unlimited email consultations. I email the guy 2-3 questions a day and get prompt, polite responses within an hour or two at THE MOST. He's very knowledgeable and the diet makes sense...the point is if he's charging $150 or whatever, it's obviously worth it to the people who pay for the program.

dewd move on. The diet is the same I'm sure other than macronurients are based upon each individual and his/her stats. There is more to it then just the diet. It's about nutrient timing, cardio and training timing and use of some OTC's that can help excellerate the fat loss. It's all about using the combination in conjuction to diet for each individual. There's a formula to it.

here's the diet: I eat Protein, I eat Carbs, I eat Fats. It's about knowing the proper way of going about it.

Actually, you sound pretty childish to me. I don't know you or anything, but you should probobly be more professional if you are trying to run a business.

You could have replaced that entire reply with "the proof is in my clients satisfaction. ".


Then again, diet design is trivial, it's following the diet you design for yourself that takes discipline. And all the money in the world cant buy self control (except maybe, to pay Mike Tyson to force you to eat clean).


Maybe your diet is a good deal to those who have trouble thinking for themselves, or are pretty new, but, designing your own diet is half the fun.

That's just my two cents.. but thats what discussion boards are all about..putting in your two cents..

Point is people WANT to believe there is some untapped miracle out there.. be it a $150 diet, a magical peppermint oil that will wisk away all of your fat, or some powdered ALA more potent then a 5 gallon jug of Humalog, so it is obvious that anyone who has purchased the said items is going to defend his pride tooth and nail.

I WILL be the first to admit I am DAMN jealous of what you got going on bro, but I think the purchasers might be suckers.
