Maybe your diet is a good deal to those who have trouble thinking for themselves, or are pretty new, but, designing your own diet is half the fun.

I also want to re-iterate that..yes - anyone can loose weight, but not many people can loose FAT and keep MUSCLE. Not many people can acheive GAINS on a restricted diet and a demanding cardio regimen. Not many people can say I like my DIET and feel that they can STICK to it for the rest of there lives if needed be. Not many people can say they have INCREASED energy from thier DIET. Not many people can LOSE 3-4% bf and only drop 10lbs. Not many people can say that they are CONFIDENT that thier DIET is WORKING at the MAXIUM POTENTIAL, and not have SECOND thoughts about CHANGING anything!

I like the fact that he keeps responding, because his ego makes him respond to try and "look cool", and in reality it's going against what he is saying is "correct" in regards to advertising diets. Then, he looks like a tool taboot!

Then he actually wanted me to POST A DIET!! If that ain't advertising, what is? LMFAO!!!!!

Well check it, now that they are on this advertising kick which was never my intention, hell, I can't control what people post, neither can they.........I'll take any kind of advertising, even if it's in a negative thread like this. Reason is, people can see I'm legit and adult in regards to communication, and they can weed out who the dickface is. Then when they write to me to ask if I can make a program for them, they even tell me how much of a loser he is, and his buddies, so that makes the acquisition of a new client much more enjoyable.

Twitched makes more sense than 90% off the people on this board. It's refreshing to read comments from someone that's grounded.

SOLID, I saw you're pictures you look jacked. That can't be the result from one type of diet. You should be proud of your own work rather than hyping someone else's.

Just want to add my two cents. I am not saying I like SwoleCat or anything, I don't agree with his sueing shit and I think he's a bit of an asshole but let me say this. Here in Louisiana we have some of the fattest people in the world. A few blocks from here is a Clinic. You walk into that clinic and they greet you. Sit you done. Give you a diet and training regime, then strip you of $250 plus $50 for every follow of session. There is NOTHING wrong with selling a diet. It's a healthy business, it gets people in shape. Hell the clinic here has helped the people of my city lose 20,000lbs so far and it hasnt been around all that long.

I think it's wrong for anyone here to bash SC because he is charging people for a diet. Sure he could be nice and help people for free, but he is giving people an individualized plan and takes his time to do this for each person, it's not just some bulk diet that you make yourself like Mr X.

I do think SC charges too much though, if it were person to person and he was just starting out $150 would be fine, but this is over the internet and he doesnt even have a degree. I would say $50 without consultation $100 with two months of consultation.

However, once he starts selling his program, the people become consumers and have the right to question his program.

Then, because of this, HE THREATENS PEOPLE.

Sorry, but he stepped WAY over the line there.
