Sustanon + Winny Stack first timer

hey, so ive been doing alot of research and i want to get the approval of you guys before i purchase it here it goes

age: 21
185 lbs
working out 1 year (a year ago i fully recovered from a back injury sustained at age 16, weightlifting)


going to be doing a 9 week'er

1-8 ... sustanon 250 (500 mg/ week) injections twice thurs morning/ sunday night
4-9 ... winstrol, 50 mg EOD
2 or 3 - 9 ... proviron 50 mg ED

... tell me what you guys think as for PCT

week 10-13 ... HCGs 7500, 5000, 5000 (i.u. per week)
12-15 ... nolva or clomid (not sure which one or if both r needed was thinkin bout doing nolva to avoid side affects of clomid) any ideas on the dosage?


any information or input would be greatly appricated thanks
 
I'd kick start with the winny then run the proviron after no need for the 2 at the same time for me sust always peaks around week 5-6 so I'd run it 10 weeks

At 21 I would have your own natural hormone profile tested to see where you stand first.
 
I'd give it another few years.....only training 1 year + coming off surgery = wait a while

but you're not supposed to run hcg during your pct. it's to keep you from shutting down, not to recover. run it 250iu every 4 days 3-10
 
hey, i know it sounds like im a noob at working out, but i can ensure you thats not the case.... and i do the opposite of strength training soo i dont think theres a very high chance of me injurin myself i think the cycle mite be benificial to my injury... and the reason why im doing all this for my first cycle is basically i want to catch up for all the workouts ive missed due to my injury, im doing aas only this one time never again

It doesnt work like that. it doesnt make you catch up. Once you've missed it its gone. Time now to train harder than before, read this http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/a...-build-muscle-loose-fat-then-read-712503.html and get bigger
 
what kinda injury was it? winny is horrible at aggravating old injuries fyi
