I’ve topped so far at 81kg but the past couple weeks have been a bit rough, work having shut down with the Easter holidays plus the 3 days for following week so total of 10 days no $$$ so that was a bit rough plus missus in hospital for a week and juggling the kids and day to day life wasn’t really worried about the diet with the life problems, then to top it off had a minor fracture in the elbow but were finally back on track.

Roughly week 5 just starting feel good looking better and feeling a bit more chiseled

Week 10 feel like progress definitely got stumped with the day to day life problems lost a few kgs that I wasn’t happy about but we’re getting back on track (feel like these pics aren’t quite doing me justice will have to get the better half to take some for me and hopefully it doesn’t turn into a laughing session instead)

there is definiterly progress bro you got way thicker but you gotta get back on it and start gaining the mass you need more calories and protein and carbs
