You need to give it some more time bro. It doesn't happen overnight, and you just admitted you diet kind of sucks. Clean up your diet, eat 6-8 small meals a day, maybe cut back on the amount of time your in the gym, and concentrate on woring 1 muslce group at a time. YOur so young, 18, so at those dosages you should be rocking and rollng at about week 5-or 6. Good luck, and maybe do some more research on pct, which you will need soon.
