hi all..im currently on 400mg EQ/wk(split into 2 shots) and 750mg sustanon/wk(split into 3 shots)..i am currently on about week 3-3.5.. and i see a very small amount of results, but i also go to the gym after work everyday for 1-2.5 hours..usually workin 2-3 muscle groups daily..sometimes 1 or 2 day rest in between..my diet is NOT the best..but i definatley eat alot of red meat, chicken, protein shakes, vegies, and also take multivitamins and drink PLENTY of water with the occassional energy drink.
i cant tell wether my results are coming from my consistent diet and workout, or if the shit is actually working..like shit how long does sust take to hit ya?
