Just took my first shot of sustanon 300. It's got 100mg/ml of prop so decided to take 0.5 ml EOD. Got some nolva for sides and PCT. I'm 28, weigh 190 lbs and have been training for several yrs and have a good mass diet.

This is my first cycle and i'm 5ft 9in. Not much body fat either.
