sustain alpha question

Two questions actually, 1) should I hit 5 pumps all at once like a have been or spread them out throughout the day?
2) Today was day 3 using along with other stuff for PCT. How long before you guys really notice its effects? I've never used it before

I've only used it once before after a monsterdrol/cyclo tren that i stretched for 7 weeks. I applied all the pumps at the same time. honestly at first i thought it was just some bs suntan lotion. Its hard to feel like a lotion is doing what it claims... HOWEVER,, after about 2.5 weeks into my pct i went through customs at the airport and they took it from me. i couldnt get anything to replace it for a while and wow did i then notice how much it works. about 4-5 days after i stopped my pct too early i crashed in many ways, the worst was my dick, it wouldnt get hard if my life depended on it and im only 22 it scared the shit out of me... I finaly got another bottle and sure enough about a week after starting the new bottle everything came back to what seems like normal....

and depending on the compounds you are using, the effects can be felt as quickly as 2-3 applications..

all depends.. i am taking them 2x week through a cycle, and the effects can be felt easily by wednesday after i've used it on sat/sun..

why 2x a week through cycle? as an estrogen blocker or to do what hcg does when taken throughout cycle?? im not 100% familiar with reservatrols ability..

1) Do all 5 pumps at once. That's fine.

2) It's effects aren't easily recognizable. If you feel good and down feel like you;ve crashed, then that means it's working. It's not a very pronounced feeling or physical sign of it's doing it's job. If your nuts shrank, they should return to size quickly, which is one sign it is working.

Oh, I was referring to the benzoflavone as not being an anti-estrogen. I wasn't clear on that. My bad.

Though, I'm not sure as to the extent of the anti-estrogenic properties of resveratrol.

I was leaving Canada going to Florida. Your not allowed to bring any liquids/creams that are over something like 3 fl/oz on the plane as a carry on(might be some liquid explosive?). we'll the sustain bottle is 7 oz.. they offered to hold it for me untill i got back in canada, or if i would have had a credit card on me i could have had them ship it to my destination.) but i was going to be in florida for a month so i just said fuck it and ordered another bottle once i got to Fld.

so heres a tip: Check that shit in your luggage unless you want ot loose it!! it was too late for me they already had my bag on the plane when i found out.

Yep, its a very mild AI and safe for PCT. It wont crush estrogen down to sub-normal levels.

Eric I was wondering...on the PM you sent me, with sustain making you more sensitive to UV is it good sensitive like I would actually tan easier or bad sensitive like more apt to get bad UV effects?

Great question!

I would love to know - I start Sustain Alpha tomorrow but I usually tan 2 -3x week (I have been using NO lotion, just keeping some color and getting rid of my seasonal affective disorder with the UV) I usually wait at least 6 hours after applying my PP 1 -T and have no problems. I just don't want to burn! I normally do 10m min sessions, should I cut back??

It has a slight tanning accelerating action… which could be bad if you get burned… but otherwise its not a big deal and UV exposure is fine.
