sust + var cycle

i'm thinking of doing a sust and var cycle and will probably go
500mg sustanon per week
50mg var ed
8 weeks.

i'm currently 185 and 8,7% bf. 2 months ago i was 196 and 9,8bf
i'd like to gain 12-15lbs of lbm and keep the bf about where it is or actually try to get to 7,5%.

has anyone done a cycle consisting of sustanon and anavar before? if so, any good??

no i havn't, but im doing var and prop right now.....great results....and next spring when i cycle again it will be sust and var, with some primo mixed in! im sure if you eat clean, you will have great results with sust, var! good luck and keep us posted!
