Quick question... someone taking sustanon shooting E3D.... say they take their shot on a sunday...what would the next day they were to shoot again?

you can shoot every 3.5 days to make it twice a week
eg mon morning thurs night.

just shoot every 3 days, doesn't matter what fucking day of the week it is.

the prop will be on declining in blood levels leading to a non stable enviorment. Less stable blood levels < greater chance of side effects

this is my second time with sust. My first time with it was way back when I did my first cycle. Thought Id giver a run once more.

sure e3d would be better for blood levels than twice a week but i would never remember what day im on.. my israeli brain needs to keep things simple.. mon and thrs before workout is good enough
