U UFC22 New member Oct 9, 2005 #11 twice a week or a m-w-f injection routine. For you're own gear satisfaction i'd go with m-w-f jsut to take advantage of the short ester. Like you said "I just want to get it right before I waste a cycle!"

H havenlock New member Oct 9, 2005 #12 Also doing a sust only cycle and I'm running it EOD. If you don't mind the poking , do it EOD
