Tomorrow will be my fourth cycle w/ sust. the first 3 week I used 250, but taking to people on here recommended doing 500 a week, instead of tappering the cycles. I am doing a 10 week cycle, but want to know if I can do the 500 in one shot or should I split it up in the week? Also I have seen a slight increase in size, and weight at what cycle will it really kick in? This is my first time as a user, and would like some input on what people think? Thanks
