I have heard some tips about injecting sust such as run the amp under warm water an massaging the injection site afterward, could someone explain some of these tips a little better, thanks

Just to ease the pain, even when you dont feel anything after make sure to massage it for about 5 mins. That way it wont hurt the next day. Sust is pretty thick, 250mg per ml so running the amp or the syringe under warm water thins it up a bit. You can just run the amps in warm water before drawing.
!Make sure to massage because you wont feel anything after but without massaging you will the next day. on my first cycle, which I am guessing this is yours, I shot 3 cc's of sust in the glute when warmed and massaged and I had no pain the next day. I would split the 500mg into to two shots (example monday/thursday) that way you will keep a more even concentration going through your system than if you inject it all on monday and then wait till monday to inject again. When injecting you should go for 1cc/per minute, that will cut down on any pain you might feel. On my first cycle I thought I was being cool and I injected a sust shot in about 20 seconds and my ass had a big lump on it for 3 days. If you take about a minute to inject there wont be any need to massage the area or anything like that, unless you like rubbing your butt....

People suggest rubbing the injection site because the propianate in sust is somwhat acidic and will usually sting the day after an injection. Massaging will spread out the sust and decrease the amount you feel the sting.
As for the warm water trick. Sust is a thick oil, and you might have trouble passing it through a smaller needle. The warm water liquifies the oil so it can pass through. If you are using a 22g you probably will not need to do this. It's only if you start using a 23g or 25g neeedle that you might need to do this. Another trick is to hold the loaded syringe up to a light bulb for 30 seconds or so. Hope this helps. LATE
