sust 500mg 1 or 2 shots

for those of you that have done both sust cycles shooting 500mg once a week or mon,thurs,aproach.

which did u like better,did the pumps kick in faster with the mon thurs aproach, which do guys perfer
im going tward the once a week injections.

ive done both and running the sus eod worked much better, that shit is out of your blood in 4 days if you want to keep your levels somewhat consistant run it at least twice a week but better eod. i ran sus and deca once a week for 8 weeks at;
sus 500mg/wk
deca 300mg/wk

and my gains were not impressive

well if one shot of sust hurts like a bitch i could only imagine two at once. Not recommended by me. I would stick to the good old two day split.

I think that better aproach is to shot twice a week.
Why? because you are using the short acting ester that have Sust, propionate, in a better way. The half life of this ester is very short. And second reason is that is more comfortable to inject 500 mg spread in two that in one shot
