Suspension Trouble

Has anyone had trouble with injecting suspension?

A buddy of mine got some suspension (can't remember the brand, it is legit, he checked) and he's had trouble with the pin getting clogged with something and stops the gear from passing thru. He injected a few times with success but yesterday, the pin got clogged twice. When it finally let go, he said he squirted a cc all over the place...twice, lol. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Something I did, put 1cc of suspension and 1cc of Viro prop in the same syringe. I shaked that SOB for about 3 minutes, then injected it. Went really good, but you have to do it fast or the suspension clogs the syringe. Had to use a 23 gauge, too.

I would assume any oil based gear would do the same with suspension.

Mix with oil based gear as BBX has said or mix it with b-12 or kyno.

Because the test suspension particals are large and lump together.

exactly, its a mixture, and the particles are too large to fit throught he pin, thats why "microrefined" mixutures in the more expensive brands dont' have that problem

i've heard of people heating it up before they draw it out from the vial and that makes it a lot easier to inject.

Part of the problem with putting suspension through a 23g pin is it usually won't fit LOL -- Some Suspension has to be injected through no smaller than a 21G... I've heard of some people using 18g -- but i think that was a bit dramatic...

You'd have to have some ultra-thinned out suspension to get through a 23g... in my experience... a larger gage is needed in order to get that shit through it.
