a) The fact that no one was able to find him. With your trillions of dollars worth of military technology, don't expect me to believe you can't find a single man who is supposedly hiding in caves in Afghanistan, dialysis machine by his side.
b) Notice how he hasn't appeared on video for over a year now? Only audio tapes, ALL of which have been strongly doubted by voice-experts around the world. The fact that he comes out and releases one of his tapes and says exactly what they US needs him to say, RIGHT when they need him to say it.... is a bit too convenient for me anyway.
I'll bet my life that you'll never see bin Laden captured.
Anyway, I appreciate the fact that this thread is titled "SUSPECTED 9/11 Mastermind Caught".... call me what you will, but I still believe in due process. The men in Guantanamo Bay have been convicted of no crime. They have not had their day in court, or been allowed due judicial process. Therefore, they are innocent in my mind. Same goes for bin Laden.... I've personally seen no evidence against him.
And neither have any of you!! Think hard, and tell me.... what evidence have YOU personally seen, which incriminates Osama? (Oh, and don't mention that fake "confession" tape.... wouldn't stand up in a court of law for a second). None.
I'm not an apologist for the guy, believe me.... but I believe in due process and I'm sick and tired of people just ACCEPTING AS FACT, without question, whatever they see on CNN.
