Sus/deca/primo/winny?

i am taking primo starting next week. should i take one 300mg shot every 7 days, one 200 mg shot every 5 days, or a shot every sun, tues., thurs, sat, mon, etc.? In know how to take it, but just looking for some advice from a seasoned user?

bump, at least one response. then i was thinking, should i bridge with it instead?

well bro i know some peopel take 300mgs all at once or split it in the week....if you take 200mgs every 5 days thats 400mgs a week....300-400mgs is good..if you want to bridge take 200mgs a week...all at once is good.
