Week 1-12 Sus @ 500mg/week
Week 1-6 25mg DB ED
Week 6-12 50mg Winstrol Liquid ED

week 13 Clomid (50mg ED) Novladex (20MG ED)
week 14 Clomid (50mg ED) Novladex (20MG ED)
week 15 Clomid (50mg ED) Novladex (20MG ED)
week 16 Clomid (50mg ED) Novladex (20MG ED)
week 1-16 Arimidex .5mg 2x/week

the winstrol will definitely help with strength and leaning you out. Sus. makes me retain water personally.

The best combo I've found for strength and getting lean is Tren/ Prop / Winny.

great cycle. i did that one last year. it is a little long on the 17-a orals so u may want to consider some liver supps.

Drop the dbols if you are looking for lean and less sides. Drop the adex as well unless you find you need it. If you find clomid and nolva give you sides like loss of sex drive or others. Then try sustain alpha for pct. Much better with less sides. http://www.primordialperformance.com/ pm me for discounts.
 
I would suggest getting lean(er) FIRST, before attempting the cycle...you'll then find the cycle much more responsive and more effective after having shed off some bodyfat

both set....


I am convinced that I will never be lean naturally unless I starve myself. Im not one to use genes as an excuse.....but the reality is, I never had that lean look.....and I never will naturally.........if i cut all my carbs and do 2hrs a cardio a day I might get there....but at what cost.....id lose 30lbs and all my strength

Id rather be 200 at 15% then 165 at 10%

Im ready now.....i just lost 10lbs...starting to look frail....i lose the gut....but i lose the mass on my legs too..
