I’m in my 60’s
However I'm still active for my age
I live in a community where we have access to several swimming pools, racquet ball, tennis, and basketball
which supplements would work good at helping me stay active
At age 60+, I would have my blood work done and contact a testosterone replacement therapy doctor. You want to do your research though before you contact one though as not all treatments are equal. If you don't like the answer the first gives you find another.
At your age unless you are already fighting a health condition that would be exasperated by the TRT, you really are not going to have any long term issues to take care of later in life.
Just remember that once you start TRT you have a limited time to get off of it before it becomes your new way of life. TRT is meant to be a new normal, not a temporary change.
