Suppressed appetite on cycle.....WTF ?

Hey guys,

i'm just starting week 5 of my 10 week Test-E DBOL cycle. i gained 9 lbs in the first 4 weeks, most of which was water i'm sure....

anywho i weighted myself on an empty stomach first thing this morning and my weight has dropped by 4 lbs - Fawk !!! not good news for my first day without DBOL .

The only thing i can attribute this to was the struggle i had in consuming my 4000 cals a day last week ,reason being my appetite seemed seriously suppressed.... possibly from the caffeine in my pre-workout drink ( jack3d )...:confused:

anybody got any suggestions on how i can get back on track by increasing my appetite ???

Bro the easiest way to get calories is gainer drinks but they are damn expensive. The other alternate not legel choice is mary j lol just kidding. I have had issues like this during cycle and looking back I can attribute that to stress.

am drinking CYTOGAINER first thing every morning and straight after workout ....and usually supplement every solid meal during the day with a protein shake..
i might start drinking an extra gainer shake ED .
 
Keep it pluggin bro. I too am on week five of a dbol test e cycle. I have had a seriously hard time getting enough cals and also started taking cytogain. I am 15 lbs and I don't think very much of it is water since I have been taking adex. Let me know how your progress continues.
 
In some cases, forced feeding does nothing but make your wallet lighter with wasted food and your health worse.

In my past experience with tren (both times) I had a complete loss of appetite and was down to 1 meal per day for 3-4 days of the week and that meal was often just a protein shake. The other days I at 2 meals, breakfast and protein shake. Trying to force feed myself did nothing but render me sick beyond all acceptable levels.

If you want to stimulate the appetite there are compounds (OTC to a degree and Rx'd a bit better) that will do this.

The original poster was claiming of eating 4000 calories daily. Well instead of eating MORE, why not just eat BETTER. Also, do everything you can to help maximize the best digesting and utilizing the food you actually do eat. Digestive enzymes, r-ALA, etc... If you are only absorbing and getting 70% benefit from 4000 calories daily (2800 calories... just using this for simple scenario), but can get 85% benefit from 3200 calories with supplemental help and support, you tell me which is better for your body in the long run in terms of overall health benefit and stress factors.
 
A few notes here:

First off - Jack3d has two stimulants that may in fact hinder your appetite - Caffeine and 1,3 Dimethylamylamine (germanium extract, like a very mild amphetamine) - see the Jack3d Ingredients write-up

Second, you can make your own weight gainer cheaper. Get creative. Here's a recipe:

- Oats
- Whey
- Berries
- Banana
- Green Phytofoods (great for virulity and testosterone support, for me at least)
- Psyllium Husk powder if you need more fibber
- Natty peanut butter or any other nut butter. Consider adding some olive oil, macadamia nut oil, or coconut oil (the latter two aren't the cheapest though)
- Ice, Water, Milk... even Coconut milk is very cheap at Trader Joe's

Looks good there +1 add some EQ also. Always works for me especially during summer when my appetite vanishes completely.
