Hey, I have been taking 24g of egg protein before and after workouts

should I add another supplement, if so what you would recommend

like most people the bigger, the faster the better, so basically anything that will increase results with getting me fat.

whey has caused problems for my system so that is out of the question

with your age and stats bro, the best supp you can take is real food. just learn how to eat man, its the most important part

If you are trying to build muscle I would intake at least 20 calories/lb, at least 1 gram of protein per lb, 2.5 good carbs per pound, and around .7 grams of fat.

At 160 lbs this is what it would look like:

3200 calories
160-200 grams of protein
400 grams of carbs
112 grams of fat

At your weight you probably could even tone this done a notch and still gain weight, but if you follow this I know you will have nice gains and when increase your weight your cals slowly rise along with your carbs, fats, and proteins. Some people dont agree with high carbs but I beleive if you eat the right carbs at the right time it will be a great benefit. Try to stick with good fats also.
