supplements while on

does anybody still use creatine while on? does it help or is it not worth the money while you are on? and if it does is there really that much diffrence between the creatine brands?? trying to end a argument i have been having with friends. any help would be appreciated.
 
i use it all the time. i can never tell a difference between brands. years ago i could when there was that sub-standard shit floating around.
 
Believe it or not, I have never found a huge difference in Brands of Creatine, i mean if you find something that is too cheap their may be a reason for it, but I don't think there is any problem in using a lower priced creatine IMHO

Or just continue to use it through PCT, after already using it on cycle.



Right now, I am using absolutely 0 supplements besides protein shakes. I am making good gains. about 3 lbs a month natty(i'm bulking right now. The cut begins with my 10 weeks cycle in april for the summer.)
 
doesn't matter what creatine BRAND, IMO....but it does matter what kind of creatine, period. Monohydrate is CRAP... CEE is much better.

I use my creatine, no2 etc..OFF cycle for extra edge while natural
 
It's good to use supps to replace and give a slight edge when losing the "big" edge of steroids. However, UNLEASHED actually enhances the effects of testosterone by increasing the amount that becomes bio-available.
 
Creatine does NOTHING for me. Never has. It is only useful as I can reference creatine when people ask me "what I am on." I use N.O. when off. Tablets though, not powder. Short ass active life.
