I have just bought Optimum Nutrition Micronize Creatin powder, Gluamine Powder and BCAA pills. Also i got a ON Whey 100%.

Now, post workout i drink immediately 2 scoops of whey mixed with 5g glutamine and 5g creatine taking down also 2 pills of BCAA.

Now, what to drink during the day except the postworkout? As long as i wake up i also drink protein plus creatine plus BCAA.


Give me some experienced opinions plz. Thanks
 
what are you attempting to accomplish??

grow muscle?? or do you just like taking shakes instead of eating food??
 
no, grow muscles. i am hitting the gym 3-4 days per week. i just finished a vriation of 5x5 program that i have being doing it since previous september. Now i am trying to do some fat cutting and give definition since summer is close.
 
sounds gross bro, you'd be better off with Ultimate Nutrition's Xtreme Gainer. Just Take Half a serving which is like 1 1/2 scoops. It has all that plus extra goodies and you don't have to take it 3 times a day since it has slow releasing Caesin in it. Or if you don't like that there is Big Blast Protein too. I hate ON supps shitty quality in my opinion and has a very noticeable artificial taste to it. Anyways, If you wanna do some fat cutting i've heard great things about lipostim3 and the liposhred stack from AGX Sports. http://www.agxsports.com

You planning on not waking up someday?

1 Weight gainer shake a day is good in addition to your PWO. Don't rely on shakes as a primary source for nutrition.
 
DBG is right. One shake a day other than your PWO shake is enough.

You are better off with a whey and casein blend for general purposes. For your shake based meal drink two scoops of the whey and have an apple with one or two tbsp of natty peanut butter.

Don't buy pre maid gainers. They are full of inferior products like maltodextrin and whey concentrate.
 
Thank you all for your replies. I will nevere buy a gainer beacuse i dont like the mto be honest tried them at past. the only thing i drink is whey but now i bought also some creatine and glutamine plus BCAA for after workout drink together with whey.

So you think ON is shitty quality eh? hmmm didnt know that i thought thy were ok company and their unflavored products makes it a lot easier to mix them with everything without the taste to change. Thank you all
