Hi, just wanted to ask you guys on the subject of supplements for bulking up. I am a 3rd year apprentice so i want to make the most of my money at the supplement stores without being ripped off with products that are expensive and give little or none of the results they promise. At the moment i am just taking a multi-vitamin and max's whey protein after my training session. I was wondering if maybe i should be using creatine and l-glutamine etc. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks guys!
