supplements for injuries?

What do you think about using supplements to help with my injuries?
My main concern is my legs. They bother me a lot.
I wake up in the middle of night with some pain.
What is the best dosage you think of multi vitamins that might help?
 
for injuries. You want to stick to things like glucosamine. It works really good.
 
for injuries you will need to get MSM, glucosamine and fish oil.
All three work really good.
 
I like the suggestions above. I've always gone well on omegas fish Oil is my favorite
