multi vitamins

Wanted to do a quick poll on which multivitamins you guys are using I was talking to some people at the gym and they said that they don’t use any I asked one of them how they get their necessary vitamins and minerals that help them grow muscle and strength and they said they get it all from food...

a neighbor of mine swears by this stuff he says each bottle last him a couple months and it’s only 20 bucks for the whole bottle do you think this would be good for a bodybuilder or is it something that’s more for a normal person

I’m looking to build up some size with natural supplements. I’m currently 6’1’’ 140 pounds and very skinny. I am going to sign up at planet fitness for $10 a month and start working out. I was looking at getting multi vitamins, whey and celltech, are these good options?
