Supplements diet on needtos diesel cycle help

Beatngu

Ex-Bodybuilder
Im looking for some advice on my diet when running needto diesel/tren cycle.
Normaly i would have no problem setting up my diet myself, but the problem is the work i do.
I work as a schaffolder and burn a hell of alot cals all day,its really like a whole day at the gym doing a shit loads of light reps (max 23.5kg).My work is really a full body workout.

Here are the supplements i have bought so far(yes i have bought for a fortune in supplements :)
The reason i use all these are because of the little time i got in my breaks to eat,so i have to cut some corners.

2x super whey proteine (2,5kg)
2x Muscle &weight gainer (5kg)
2x Amino 1500 (600 tabs)
2x Creatine ethyl ester&alpha ketoglutarate (400tabs)
(supplements are from the brand Precision engineered)
I can provide the product description if needed.

My breaks during 1 work day
I start to work at 8.00
First break 10.00-10.15
Second 12.30-13.00
Last 15.00-15-15
Home about 17.00

My question is is it a good idea to add amino and creatine during my work day?
I know the use is:creatine 2 tabs before and after training same with amino and weight gainer
But since my working day is like a training should i add these 3 to my work day aswell or will it be to mutch?
I was planning to use the super whey proteine to all my 3 breaks to get my proteine every 3h.
I allsow have time to maybe eat a bar in between my breaks but thats about it.

Hope some of you guys have simmular work and can give me a tip or 2.

i used that weight gainer and it had a minimal effect on me
i have a feeling that you are buying from vitamin world or gnc so i would suggest getting at least a half way decent protein if you must buy from those companies: MuscleTech's NitroTech had me up 6lbs in a week (some being bloat though) but i will say some people (me being one of them) have a bad reaction to one of it's ingredients and some people (including me) experience renal failure. trust me, that one is not fun

In a week of using Bigblast, i've gained 9lbs, but I must say part of it is deisel and diet.

now to your question: Using creatine every day is not really detrimental to your health. Using it before a "training day" like that seems like a great idea actually. I work in a bar on one of the busiest downtown streets in my city so we are constantly running out of beers on tap so i'm lifting a lot of kegs

if you want to skip all of this blathering that i've gone on then the answer is GO FOR IT, IT WOULDN'T HURT

Thanks alot for your reply and the tip on the brand of supplements im using,i will for sure stop buying the supplements if they are no good.
Ill give it a try and if its no good then ill trow them away and buy new 1s.
I bought the supplements in a well known supplements shop here in the netherlands and thats the main reason i bought them since most of the products they sell are good shit.
(guess i was wrong)

Did you use the super whey proteine aswell?
The product info on the back of the muscle gainer looks ok.
I bought the whey to add proteine during the whole day.
