First off I would like to say hi for this is my first post. I've been reading on this subject for years and think I'm finally gonna start the transition. I have a large supply of dbol. Wondered what the thought was on short burst cycles to try to push my strength pre comp. (arm wrestling) I know there is some weight gain but in a short 3 or 4 week burst is it significant?
