Supplement with dbol

First off I would like to say hi for this is my first post. I've been reading on this subject for years and think I'm finally gonna start the transition. I have a large supply of dbol. Wondered what the thought was on short burst cycles to try to push my strength pre comp. (arm wrestling) I know there is some weight gain but in a short 3 or 4 week burst is it significant?
 
Guess no one wants to tackle this one. I'm not looking to keep gains per say but wonder if the strength advantage is worth it.
 
I've personally never heard of bursting. But I'm only about 2 months into researching the subject... But I'd just do a full cycle if I was going to do anything. Why not just so some creatine for some increased gains? It works great with no real sides. Lol except myself and a few limited people.

Sure, that can have some benefits, but you should know what you're doing in order to protect yourself and recover.
 
I have everything for pct on hand. I just wondered if anyone has tried for a comp like powerlifting and such. Oh and creatine hasn't done anything for me in awhile. I still take it though. I'm 32 and gains are far apart these days.

Ah, I see. Well you might have tapped out your gains from creatine. I personally hate the stuff. But have you tried not taking it for a month then jumping back on? Or have you been doing creatine non stop?

No I usually take a month or two off at a time from it. These days I rely more on diet than anything.

Lol ya then your gains are most likely tapped out. I'm surprised more people haven't replied. Might just be because it isn't your normal cycle you see around here. I'm pretty interested in the vets opinions though.

Also, I actually seen a thread from a long time ago where Nelson^ was saying a short dbol cycle is much better for someone to get their feet went in AAS. Maybe post your planned PCT and full stats so he can throw a good recommendation your way...

I was thinking dbol 30mg a day for 4 weeks. With nolvadex for pct. 40/20/20. That's what I was recomended to try from a friend. But I posted her to find out what you all think.

personally, that is nothing i would ever do... i don't really like the idea and i think there are better ways to get strength than that... that's up to you... you can certainly run a dbol only cycle if you want and you will get some size and strength, there is no doubting that but keepability long term will be an issue and im just not a fan of things that aromatize and are so wet like dbol is... you can get huge amounts of strength and the needed aggression with halo... that's just up to you... they are all methylated and your going to need proper protection regardless of what you do... you still need the necessary time off in between cycles as well... make sure you are always using n2guard with your orals to protect yourself... if your running dbol, you MUST have an ai... i would definitely be using aromasin... that pct you have laid out is absolutely horrible and would literally defeat the entire purpose of your cycle because it won't provide recovery... here is a much stronger pct...

And see that's why I tried this site because I wanted opinion. The pct was what I was told would be ok for such a short cycle. I am still learning cause everyone posts something different when go through searching. I was just looking for maybe an edge come comp. time to do more research.
 
Dbol only cycle is about as useful as a chick with a dick. Sure you will have nice gains while you take it. You will also bloat like a mother fucker. And the day you stop taking it you start losing it. It's a kick starter. You run it for 4 weeks anything more seems to bring issues and additional sides. One thing to realize is if your going to run anything test should always be in the mix. ALWAYS!!! You will get shut down and just have massive losses. I wouldn't be surprised if you took dbol only and ended up 2 months after it's use with consistent training smaller than when you started.

That's not entirely true.

So I guess you never heard of Larry Scott, Don Howorth, Danny Padilla, Dave Draper, Bill Grant, Ed Corney, Franco Columbo, Harold Poole, Chuck Sipes, Freddie Ortiz, Casey Vitor or Bill Pearl.
 
Wow. All everyone is talking about is keeping gains. I was talking about bumping my strength for comp. I'm not worried about keeping the gains. Hell I don't even work out like most of you do. It's all upper body 3 times a week. Yes I understand most people use Orals to jump start a cycle.
