Not to rant on heath but you guys who are older like me whos 36 need to look at the cholesterol per serving on the meal replacments. Also my IRON
serum levels were 60 in Jan blood tests. 40 to 155 is normal. Anyway in Feb
I changed from reg whey to all Meal replacements for my shakes. Lean Bodys
and the like. In May my blood test showed 266 for IRON serum levels! I started looking at everything and the meal rep. have 45 to 50% of your
daily need for iron. Plus the protein bars had 45%. Some of the cereal like
quaker honey squares had 90%. My cholesterol was up too. Weight gainers are usually loaded with cholesterol per serving, more than meal replacements.
Ive been donating blood every 8 weeks now to lower the iron. Just something to consider.
