Whats up all....... I started my first cycle in over a year and i'm taking supertest 250 from tornel... 500mg/week... Ive been injecting into my delts but the pain is HORRIBLE and i talked to one of my supplier's friends and he claims it is bad to inject test into the delts and thats why it leaves such soreness..... and ass is the best place. is this true? let me know what yal think and is 22g 1/5 is a good size

I've never personally used Tornell's supertest however I will be incorporating it into my next cycle. Also you should consider that supertest250 is a brand of sustanon which almost always causes somewhat painful injections. Therefore the glutes would be the most logical place to inject it.

I use 23's...some poeple like 25's but I dont mind the pain from that really. The soreness may be because your injecting too fast and not rubbing i nthe shot well enough afterward...most poeple even like to do a few easy sets/movements after the injection to really move some blood around. The glutes are going to hurt less because you are injecting into a bigger muscle, so I would give it a try if the delts are really bothering you.

I stopped doing delt injections because I had some quite painful experiences, which even kept me from working out. I never have any pain in my glutes, that´s the way to go.
Ask any physician, he´ll tell you that oil into your delts in a no no. Winny or suspension is fine, but 2cc´s of oil can hurt a lot, no matter what you inject (even Testex hurt in my delt).

HOw did everything turn out with the supertest...Im on my second week....500 a week.
